We offer a selection of options & drink packages to help you choose the ideal complement to your event & budget.

Below, you’ll find details of our current packages, bar prices, & everything you need to know about our bar service. Simply select the relevant tab to explore your options.

As with all aspects of the London & Thames Boat Company, we can create bespoke packages, including tailored wine selections. Please get in touch by phone or via our contact page to discuss your requirements.

Onboard Accounts

To keep your event running seamlessly, consider setting up an onboard account. You can discuss your preferences when booking, & we’ll tailor the setup to suit your needs — whether that’s a full open bar, a selection of house wines and beers, or simply soft drinks.

We offer flexible payment options for settling your bar account. You can:

Pre-pay a set amount behind the bar, with the option to switch to a cash or card basis once that limit is reached.
Increase your limit at any time, with the balance settled before disembarking.
Pay in full at the end of your event, or receive an invoice afterwards.
(Please note: post-event invoices incur a 10% processing fee.)

If you set a limit or place an amount behind the bar, our onboard bar manager will keep you informed throughout the event. This lets you decide at any point whether to extend or close the account.

At the end of your event, you’ll be asked to sign an itemised receipt & will receive a copy for your records. Any unused pre-paid balance will be refunded in full.

Want to make sure everyone gets the same number of drinks? No problem — we can issue drink tokens. See the section below for details.

Cash/Card Bar

Our fully stocked bar offers great choice & value, giving you the option of a cash/card bar where guests can purchase their own drinks. This option provides maximum flexibility & ensures everyone can enjoy exactly what they like.

Guests who appear under 25 will be asked to provide valid photo ID to confirm they are over 18 when purchasing alcohol.

At London & Thames Boat Company, we promote responsible drinking & reserve the right to refuse service where necessary to ensure the safety & enjoyment of all guests, together with legal obligations.

We offer drink tokens that you can share with your guests for added convenience and control. There are three token options available — click below to explore the details.

Tokens will be provided to the organiser upon embarkation.

They can be used on their own or alongside any of our bar packages. And, as always with London & Thames Boat Company, if our three token options don’t quite fit your needs, simply get in touch — we’ll tailor a solution to suit your event perfectly.

Alongside our house wines — available in white, rosé, and red — we offer an extended wine list that can be pre-ordered for your event.

All pre-ordered wines must be paid for in advance & are non-refundable. Any unopened bottles can be taken with you at the end of your event.

Please note that only the wines you pre-order will be stocked on board.

Please note that guests are not permitted to bring their own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks on board. The only exception is wine, which must be arranged in advance of your event. A corkage fee will apply.

Please note that most events require a minimum bar spend of £1,000. This total includes all bar purchases — such as welcome drinks, account bars, drink packages, general bar spend & table drinks.

For some events, a lower minimum spend may apply. This will be confirmed during your quotation or at the time of booking.
