Situated on the banks of the River Thames, Windsor Race course gives a perfect setting for a fantastic evening. Therefore what better way to arrive than by our own Windsor Race Night cruise. En route to the race cause enjoy a half bottle of champagne and a traditional afternoon tea buffet. Whilst you take in the sights and relax along the Thames, browse through your race card and racing post to pick your winning horses. We will arrive at the race course 30 minutes before the race giving you plenty of time to head on over with your club enclosure ticket and pick your perfect spot. Once racing has concluded, your vessel will be waiting for you to take you back to Maidenhead. A two course hot buffet and complimentary bar of beers, wine and soft drinks is served on the return journey. So sit back and unwind after a busy evening winning at the race course. At least we hope you have had some winners.

Let us entertain you in luxurious style during the Henley Regatta, aquintessential date in the English Calendar Start your day with morning pastries and cookies, freshly brewed tea and coffee and enjoy the exclusive riverside setting of our Tudor Mansion in Henley. The house and grounds are next to Henley Bridge and Regatta HQ. We have superb marquee facilities with traditional furnishings and fittings, exterior furniture, extensive floral decorations and top quality catering and wines, along with impeccable service. Complimentary drinks are available throughout the day. Pimms, Bucks Fizz and Champagne will be served on board our elegant river vessel as we begin the first of our two trips along the course, so you can enjoy the wonderful atmosphere at this most prestigious and enjoyable event. On returning from the trip, you will be served a sumptuous three-course lunch in your exclusive marquee, accompanied by fine French wines. Our afternoon cruise will take you upstream and after passing the finish line, you’ll take in views of Henley Town, before we pass Rod Eyot. Then we will navigate the entire length of the Course allowing you to take in the sights of the Stewards Enclosure and Temple before returning to Bird Place. A free bar is available throughout the trip. On arriving back at Bird Place, a traditional English Strawberry & Cream Tea will be served, which can either be enjoyed within your marquee, or on the lawns.

Your VIP package will include:-

  • 30am – 11.30am: Welcoming morning teas and coffee with morning pastries, muffins, homemade coffee and biscuits. Plus refreshing tropical fresh fruit skewers.
